"The saffron sea bream ceviche with its purple potato chips, the beet carpaccio, all in roundness with its hazelnuts and soya ricotta, the braised chicken with lemongrass and paprika, the osso buco ravioli, the incredible paella with crisp rice and tender cuttlefish and finally, the coffee-flavored tiramisu. A 20/20."
